No. Delivery is to a front door, garage or other accessible location. We do not enter the customer's home to place the totes.
Yes. The customer or authorized person should be present at the arranged delivery time, including when the agreement is signed at drop-off.
Payment is arranged and completed before delivery. Venmo and Zelle are currently accepted.

No. Taxi Cab Totes provides reusable rental containers and delivery/pickup service. We do not pack, load, transport, unload or take custody of household goods.
